Price includes daily cleaning (excluding weekends and public holidays) as well as the supply and periodic replacement of household linen.

Rental prices, additional charges and fees may vary without notice. Unless otherwise agreed, our rental offers cannot commit us beyond 48 hours.

These prices have been determined according to the accommodation capacity, the standing of our villas as well as the services we offer you throughout your stay (daily cleaning, private concierge permanently available, for all your needs before and during your stay, the size of our villas and the surface area of Domaine des Fonds Blancs (more than 17,500 m2), the private use of more than 250 meters of coastline and our two private pontoons directly overlooking the Cape East lagoon).

If you wish to book for more than 18 people - maximum capacity of Villa Isabelle - you can request the rental of Villa Coralie in addition. In this case, please send us the 2 reservation forms (one for each villa).

  • BOOKING INFO

    • Rates are subject to change at our discretion.
    • Please note a minimum stay of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday. For a shorter stay, please contact us.
    •  Arrival: 5:00 p.m. – Departure: 12:00 p.m.
    • The security deposit is paid to cover any damage that may be caused to the rented property and to movable or other objects furnishing the premises. It will be paid at least 30 days before the date of entry into the premises, by deposit check or bank transfer exclusively.
    • Our Villas are only available for seasonal rental (i.e. a non-renewable rental of a maximum of 90 days) with services (daily maintenance of the villa and the property, concierge service, etc.), as at a hotel, but just for you.

  • BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

    > We accept payment by bank transfer and credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD) after agreement of the tenant on the short term rental contract to be returned previously completed and hand signed to us.


    > The reservation will be effective upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total price including tax (all taxes included) of the rental, and subject to receipt of the balance at least 60 days before the date of entry into the locations, by bank transfer only (net of bank charges).


    > In case of cancellation by the tenant, the following conditions will be applied:

    • If the tenant cancels more than 60 days before entering the premises: The cancellation costs will be 50% of the total amount of the rental or the total amount of the deposit, if this is higher.
    • If the tenant cancels less than 60 days before entering the premises: The cancellation costs will be 100% of the total rental amount, plus any dunning or recovery costs.

  • SECURITY RULES

    For security reasons, please note that we only consider requests from customers whose personal information has been pre-verified:

    • for individual customers: Proof of identity (passport or driving license) and residence (home insurance or telephone bill).
    • For travel agencies: the IATA number and/or proof of the agency's affiliation to a recognized network or consortium.

    Special offers apply for any stay longer than 14 nights and more or for short stays in Low Season.
